Coffee and Color - the backstory!

Good morning!  Welcome to my blog!  It is a beautiful April morning here in Erie, PA.  My name is Jeanette Paradis and perhaps like you, I wear a few different hats in life these days!  One of them is serving as the Team Leader for Women's Ministry at my church.  I really appreciate our church and love the people there and although my life is busy even apart from this role, I am thankful to be able to do it.  May will mark the completion of the first year of my three year term.  It has been a good year!  I am SO THANKFUL for my team and our ministry leaders.  There are seven women on our Alliance Women planning team who I work with regularly plus our staff pastor who oversees Adult Discipleship at our church.  I am thankful for the field leaders of our team - they lead our two daytime Bible study groups, two daytime groups for moms and a missions group.  We will be adding a crafting group which will make practical items to benefit those in need. Our Alliance Women team itself has stepped up and served as the leadership for the things that are new to us this year - our monthly Friday Night Cafe, an evening Bible study which began this month, plus a Mother Daughter Brunch coming up in two weeks.  The long-standing and much celebrated "Holiday Blessings" event takes place each November and some of our team headed up that large event while also putting together committees.

So, why??  Why did I take on all of this when I already have "enough" (more than enough!?!) other things to do in my life?  Friendship is one of my most treasured things in life.  I LOVE seeing connections created amongst a group of women.  My relationship with Christ is so important to me and being able to share my faith and helping others to grow in theirs is of great value.  It grabs at my heart to think of women feeling lonely in relationships or empty in their faith/purpose in everyday experiences.  There is a verse that says "to whom much has been given, much is required."  I feel as though I have been given so much in these areas and it is natural to serve in ways that help in creating faith and friendship opportunities for others.  Life is tricky - especially when we try to go it alone!

Our Alliance Women team meets monthly and at our March 5th planning meeting we were talking about "what to do" for our April and May Friday Night Cafe.  One of the team had suggested doing a creative painting event like we have seen friends doing around town with the local "Cocktails and Color" which is so popular.  Since our Friday Night Cafe has a coffee theme and we meet at our church, we decided on "Coffee and Color".  I remembered a mom named Colleen Welka whom I knew from our MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) days and how I have seen her on FB in connection with these events.  So I contacted her that night and asked if she could do this for us - perhaps in April or May on our monthly 3rd Friday get-together?  Thankfully Colleen was free for April 17th and we quickly put the wheels in motion to figure out logistics with the church (our usual meeting space recently got new carpet - should we really paint in there??) and also to begin announcing this and how it would all work.  One member of our team works on our graphic materials and she put together the image above.

We were ready to go but how many would attend??  This type of event was a first for us!  The cost would be $25 per person, to cover the materials and time of the artist and two assistants from the artERIEbarn.  Registration and advance payment was necessary.  All said and done, we wound up with 34 women and I was very happy with that turnout!  Colleen and I have been working together along the way with the details and we met up at the church yesterday for her to begin the extensive set-up required to make this the wonderful success that it was!  We wound up doing everything down in the main hallway of the church foyer area.  The custodial staff set us up with drop cloths as an extra protection for the tile floors.  We used a total of 11 (8 foot) tables for our painters and supplies.  Colleen brought ALL of the supplies from the artERIEbarn.

Friday Night Cafe takes place from 7-9 PM on the 3rd Friday of each month.  This event fit nicely into that space.  Our painters began close to 7 PM and guess what??  EVERYONE was there!  Wow!  That does not often happen when pre-planning an event with 34 people.  We grabbed some coffee and began our projects.

I have to say that this was a very pampering experience!  Our two assistants were busy bees and kept moving around the space in order to constantly make sure that each of us had exactly what we needed.  Paula was our artist instructor and she is pictured above, next to the piece that she was painting as part of the demonstration for us.  Paula was absolutely wonderful with just the right tone, tips, encouragement and direction/inspiration for something like this!  Our Coffee and Color was the first time that the majority of us have ever done anything like this and it went VERY well for us!  I so enjoyed hearing the conversation and chatter around the room.

Looking at this photo, I see more than a bunch of happy women displaying their completed projects... this is the garden of life.  Each woman is beautiful in who she has been uniquely created to be.  When I look back on this first year of leading women's ministry, this photo will come to mind.  I am LOVING our 6 week Bible Study group that I am in the middle of leading right now.  When I look around that room at the tables of women, I will think of this photo as well.  We represent a variety of age brackets, backgrounds and everyday routines.  When I came into this role, my vision for this first year was to gather the women together - we had quite a few groups already but they were somewhat niche and I wanted to put on some events and do some new things that would bring together a variety of people.  That has happened through Friday Night Cafe and our evening Bible study group.  Sometimes when we are in the midst of all of the "doing", it is hard to step back and see the bigger picture of it all.  No matter where we are today and how our flower grows, the idea is to BLOOM!  Be you and do your best and soak up the sun, hold steady in the rain and make the most of today.  Open your heart to the Lord and His purposes in your life.  This is why I serve in women's ministry.

PiYo Calories Burned!?!?!

PiYo, PiYo Sweat, Calories Burned, PiYo Calories Burned

Hello!  The day began sunny and warm here in Erie, PA.  Reaching 62 at 10 AM in mid-April is a GREAT start to a day in this part of the state!  We are currently a homeschooling family and it is nice to be able to structure our days however we like!  I also work from home with my health coaching business plus lead women's ministry at our church and a lot of that work takes place from home.  The days are busy but good!  So, back to today... we did academics from 9-12 with a good amount of focus and then we were DONE!  I was up late last night with a few projects and "slept in" until 6:40 this morning, knowing that today is a day where I could fit in my workout later in the day.  Some days it has to be done by 6:30 in the morning in order to happen.  Not today!  Hurray!  :)

This is my first week to be back to PiYo and some have asked me what it would be like to go to a low-impact program after four months of high-impact programs??  STAY TUNED!

The kids were ready to ride bikes once our school day was done.  So we grabbed a little snack and headed outdoors.  I wish that I could ride a bike.  I always rode my ponies as a kid and just never really had the interest in learning to ride a bike.  Now when I try it is SCARY.  Maybe some day?  I am AWFUL on a bike.  Like treacherous.  Hazardous.  Should not be navigating the sidewalks alongside of my kids who do fine on their own bikes... so, I am on foot.  And I am okay with that.  BUT, I have to be able to keep up with them. Literally.  Walking does not cut it but I am not a runner by nature.

I have never had a body composition that makes running a natural fit.  After losing 55 pounds these past 19 months, I have certainly become lighter on my feet!  Having the best shoes for my feet makes all the difference in doing high-impact exercise such as the jumping that I did in my recent 60 Days of Insanity Max 30 which was then followed by 60 Days of the 21 Day Fix Extreme.  I went to a local running shop at the end of November and they fit me with my first-ever pair of Mizuno Wave Runner 10 and the transformation in my feet and entire body astounds me with how much more I am not able to do quite comfortably!  One of my goals this spring is to attempt to start with some running - on a modest scale!  Today was "Day 2" for that effort and I already felt a bit more coordinated with it than I did yesterday. I am keeping up with the bikes as we go around the neighborhood.  And no shin splints, either!  Thanks to my awesome shoes!!!  I was fitted for and purchased my initial pair at Achilles Running Shop and I can not say enough good about their expertise there.  I have crazy flat feet with no arches and I also have pronation issues where my ankles want to collapse and roll inward where my arch should be!  Last month a friend let me know that she had spotted some of my Mizuno Wave Runners at TJ Maxx and I hurried right in there!  ONE pair in my size and nearly 1/2 price of the originals.  So I bought them to have for outdoor use.

Today I put on my Polar FT4 for a first time with an outdoor activity.  I have been using it since beginning Insanity Max 30 in December.  I really enjoy tracking my heart rate and calorie burn.  I have a good feel for when I hit my upper 160's/170 and that is when I need to level off and back down a bit to maintain something closer to upper 150's to low 160's.

So we headed out the door and 48 minutes later I had burned 287 calories through 25 minutes of walk/run with the rest was spent piddling around with the kids before and after our active phase. I have a good sense of when I am hitting the upper 160's for heart rate and it was good to be able to confirm it on my Polar.  I know that I can jog/run from our house to the one corner and still have my breath well enough at the end.  So I will be looking to increase that range and then make my way on up that hill!

We made it back just in time!!  The rain began to fall as we were taking off our shoes.  I got the kids settled and folded some laundry and then it was time to begin today's PiYo workout!  PiYo Sweat was on the calendar for today!  I did PiYo for 90 days when it was first released in June of 2014.  I am just returning to the program now after completing the Fix Extreme.  This week is Week 1 of 8 for this round of PiYo.  Think of Pilates/Yoga as you picture PiYo.  See this blog entry for PiYo workout descriptions and also the info that I recently put together which contrasts PiYo with Plyo and tells you more about each.  I usually do PiYo barefoot.  But today I have a few dry spots on my feet and I did not want to aggravate them with friction against the mats during all of the Downward Dog and the fluid sequences.  So I changed to my "indoor sneakers" and I was ready to start!

PiYo Week One, PiYo Workout Schedule, PiYo Calendar, PiYo Workouts

As I pressed "play" on the 36 minute PiYo Sweat routine, my Polar read 350 calories.  I completed that workout with a 2 minute interruption from the kids and guess what!?!?!?!  I had burned 400 calories during that time!  I do LOVE this low-impact but high-results deal that is PiYo!! My heart rate was right up there in the 150-165 range the majority of the workout! Even went over here and there! It is amazing how something that is so low impact can still be quite effective when you tap into it with your fullest potential!  Here is that initial image once again.  :)  It was pretty neat to see how all of this came together.  The main thing is to BE ACTIVE!  Find something that works well for you and you will be that much more likely to do it.  I would be glad to help you with that!  BONUS - PiYo is in corporate special during the month of April and I can help you with that part as well!  Complete the form below for more information.  I hope to hear from you!

My 21 Day Fix Extreme Results!!! (Day 576)

21 Day Fix Extreme, 21 Day Fix Extreme Results, Weight Loss, Clean Eating

Hello!  Guess what???  TODAY I completed Week 8 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme!!!  I have been going through this program while leading a Challenge Group (secret FB accountability group) with others who have been doing it with me.  Although this program has "21 Day" in the title, it really is designed for multiple rounds!  Here is a description of the Fix Extreme workouts.  I completed Insanity Max 30 just before launching into the Fix Extreme.  To be honest, I was not quite yet mentally ready to give up Max 30 and move on to the Fix Extreme!?!  There were just 60 days between me receiving Max 30 and the release of the Fix Extreme.  So, during the first month+, I did not give the Fix Extreme all of my heart.  I admit it!  I was not skipping workouts or anything like that!  I was following the meal plan at about 75% accuracy.  I was still eating clean.  But I was not "all in" during each of my workouts.  I even toyed with the idea of doing just the one round or a bit more!  I have never done a program for less than 60 days!  Most have been at least 90 days with me before I transition... guess what happened somewhere in there??  I "got over" Insanity Max 30 and really dug in with the 21 Day Fix Extreme.

ChaLEAN Extreme, PiYo, 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Insanity Max 30, Clean Eating, Weight Loss

I began my fitness journey with ChaLEAN Extreme back in September of 2013.  I began eating clean and drinking Shakeology for my breakfast each day.  I began the original 21 Day Fix in March 2014.  PiYo was my love during the summer of 2014.  I did a PiYo/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid during the fall of 2014.  Insanity Max 30 was December '14 into February of 2015.  Now here we are today and I would not trade any of it!  I have become significantly more healthy and I feel amazing!  I went from a size 18/20 to a size 10/12!

21 Day Fix Extreme, Weight Loss, Clean Eating, Smaller Jeans

So once I wrapped my head around really diving in the with Fix Extreme, I began to really "dial in" my nutrition and I am pleased to say that I followed the meal plan very, very closely during my Weeks 6 and 7 of the program.  First off, I was PUSHING for my birthday goal of my Size 10 jeans!  I was wanting to make the most of my time with the program.  I just completed Week 8 and this week included Easter and multiple birthday celebrations, travel, family visiting here and a few other things.  I am 100% fine with my long-term, sustainable choices with eating 100% clean at least 80% of the time.  Could I have dropped another pound or two this week if I had kept up with what I did during weeks 6 and 7?  Probably!  But this is about a lifelong thing... Today is my "Day 576" since my start and I am perhaps 20 or so pounds from my goal weight.  If I can lose a size per year for the next two years and then continue to maintain that, I would be thrilled!

21 Day Fix Extreme, 21 Day Fix Extreme Results, Weight Loss, Clean Eating

The Fix Extreme has been very helpful for reducing more of my pesky belly flab!  Let's see... there is the toll of two pregnancies with two c-sections.  Then we also have to factor in the belly flub that I have been combating ALL of my life!  It is safe to say that I am currently in my best shape EVER and I plan to continue on this path!!!  I return to 60 days of PiYo starting tomorrow and after that I will do second round of Insanity Max 30!

If you would like to join me, I would be glad to tackle this together!!

PiYo? Plyo? What is the Difference!?!?

Good morning!  Welcome to my blog!  I am a wife and mom who became a Team Beachbody coach after experiencing dramatic changes in my own health and fitness.  Now I greatly enjoy helping others in reaching their own goals!

One of the questions that I am asked on a regular basis is in regards to the difference between PiYo and Plyo??  It is tricky that these two words are sooooo similar yet they refer to two completely OPPOSITE things!  In short, "PiYo" stands for a pilates/yoga based program from trainer Chalene Johnson.  This is a low impact/high results 60 day program with 10 workouts that are ALL PiYo.  "Plyo" is an abbreviation for "plyometrics" which means explosive movement --- think of LOTS of jumping!  In recent Beachbody world, Plyo comes to mind as the bonus workout from the original 21 Day Fix and also Monday's workout from the Fix Extreme.  Picture high-impact with a very high calorie burn.

PiYo, Chalene Johnson, Pilates, Yoga, Flexibility, Strength

PiYo is one of my own top two personal favorite Beachbody programs!  I have completed five programs over the past 19 months.  Chalene Johnson is such a neat trainer and she has also produced Turbo Jam, TurboFire and ChaLEAN Extreme.  You really want to hear what she has to say during the workouts - in regards to form and life in general!  See this blog entry for more details on the PiYo program.  Here is an entry which features the PiYo Day 30 results from myself and some of my challengers.  I LOVE PiYo and am actually about to return to it this coming Monday, April 13th!!  I will be completing the 60 day program and then plan to head back to my other favorite (Insanity Max 30) for a second round of that hardcore, intense program.  PiYo is low impact but my body had some of my best results in regards to becoming lean and "PiYo strong".  The increased flexibility and range of motion literally blew my mind, knowing myself and my tendencies.  I can't wait to get back to it once again to see what this round will bring!

21 Day Fix, Autumn Calabrese, Home Workouts

The 21 Day Fix is a program with trainer Autumn Calabrese.  This was her first-ever Beachbody workout!  The 21 Day Fix is life-changing and this is the program which I most often recommend to my new clients.  The nutrition management aspect of the Fix is HUGE and once you learn these tricks, your eating habits will be changed forever!  Here is an overview of the workout descriptions and also my results.  You rotate through 7 daily workouts plus you have a "bonus" workout called "Plyo Fix".  Plyo Fix is 30 minutes of challenging cardio!  You are doing lots of jumping!  Great shoes and the right athletic support bra plus a decent floor surface are a must in order to avoid injury when working out with this intensity.

21 Day Fix Extreme, Autumn Calabrese, Plyo Fix Extreme, Extreme Workouts

The 21 Day Fix Extreme was released in February 2015.  I began my experience with it when it was brand-new!  Tomorrow will mark my completion of 8 weeks of this program.  Stay tuned for results!  Here is an overview of the workouts included with this program.  Check out this blog entry for an idea of meal planning with the Fix Extreme.  Plyo Fix Extreme is Monday's workout while you are doing the Fix Extreme.  It is a fast-paced 30 minutes!  You are JUMPING.  With WEIGHTS!!??!  What???  Seriously.  It is a killer workout and I know that I am getting some great results through my efforts during my time with the Fix Extreme.

I will be offering a brand new group during the week of April 20th!  This one is called "Dust Off Your Workout DVD's" and you are invited to join us!  This is a FREE 7 day group to encourage one another while also sharing some practical tools! Everyone will be doing the workout program of their choice and our common thread will be "how to make it happen" as we keep one another accountable and make the most of this time in our life! We will also be sharing clean eating recipes and general wellness tips. Daily posts will begin on Monday, April 20th. I hope to have you join us!

Birthday Goal REACHED!

Guess what!?!?!?  It happened!  I reached my birthday goal of fitting into the size 10 jeans which I had purchased a month or so ago!  They are a comfy stretch jean and I have been wearing this exact style in a 12 since November.  The waist had been becoming a bit gape-y and the area just below the seat in the back would begin to droop a bit not long after wearing them.  Stretch jeans seem to be the way to go as my waist is steadily shrinking but my thighs are quite muscular.  Non-stretch jeans are a very tricky fit these days!  But it was still SHOCKING for me to think that I could perhaps be making my way towards a 10!?!?!  Never before this past year had I ever been able to wear 12's.  At the height of my pre-baby, early 20's self, I was barely able to wear certain 14's.  It would be accurate to say that I spent most of my life in a solid 16.  After having two kids my size spent several years hovering in the 18/20 range.  I could not mentally bear the thought of going higher into the size 20's and above.

I made some changes in September of 2013 and have not looked back ever since!  I eat clean, I do 30 minute home workouts and I love having my Shakeology for breakfast each morning.  I am always a member of an online accountability group which is FB-based.

I am not hungry, I do not feel deprived, my migraines have vanished and my cycle became regular.  My cholesterol and triglyceride levels lowered significantly.  My whole family now eats clean and this is just how we approach everyday life.  I would not trade any of this progress for the extra muffins and cookies that I have left behind me.

I LOVE being able to be active with my kids!  I am thankful to not be ducking off somewhere in the background anymore.  I am excited for what this next year may bring!

If you are interested in making some changes yourself, check out the application below.  I would be glad to help you in finding your own place to begin!  The photo you see here shows the "old me" on the left - I barely even recognize myself!  The photo on the right was taken yesterday.  The changes are so worth it!  You can do this!

The Last Easter at Grandma's House + Roots

Hello and welcome to my blog!  I am a wife and mom of two who is also a health coach amongst other roles.  More often that not, my blog entries involve clean eating recipes, inspiration, workout program details, progress updates and things like that.  Every once in a while I put together a blog entry which is more "journal" in nature.  This is one of those.

This has been a big weekend of impending change.  I have known for the past month that it was on the horizon.  Easter at my Grandma's house has been a tradition for as long as I can remember.  I will be celebrating my 37th birthday this week.  When I was three years old my Grandparents were empty-nesters and they built the home where Grandma lives right now.  I have always been very close to my Grandparents and when Grandpa passed away in December of 2011 it was one of the hardest times in my life.  Although we live 2.5 hours drive from them, Grandpa actually spent his last six weeks at a specialty hospital less than 3 miles from my home here in Erie, PA.  I spent part of each one of those days with him and the stories that I heard and times that we shared are forever written on my heart.  So, back to present day.  Grandma has been living on her own for the past 3+ years and she has been getting ready for a change.  Her name has been on a waiting list for a very nice senior living apartment community.  She learned last month that she was at the top of the list and this set in motion the wheels of change.  I realized this evening that as much as I crave and even create change just for the sake of variety, I am also deeply sentimental and hold things close to my heart.  Especially when they involve my favorite people!

I have two younger sisters.  Bethany is just 18 months younger than me and her boys are ages 9 and 7.  Rachel is 6 years younger than me.  Her oldest son is age 3, then a 2 year old daughter and an infant son.  It is exciting to see our family growing!  Our parents are in their early/mid-50's and this is a neat time in life.  My Grandma is no doubt the matriarch of our family!  She is my dad's mom.  My mom's parents passed away in 1988 and 2004.

Grandma is particular and does things with excellence.  She has kept her home and property in top-notch shape.  Grandma is savvy and stubborn and knows her own mind.  She has been relieved and excited about downsizing to an apartment.  My youngest sister and I spent some time with Grandma yesterday, organizing some things at the new place and helping her to get situated with the belongings that are already in place there.  Funny memory -- Grandma had packed her already very clean kitchen items and we were washing and drying them before putting them away in her new cupboards.  My sister and I were cracking up because this seemed so tedious to my sister but made perfect sense to me.  Grandma and I have always been alike with certain things.  I do get my impatience, impertinence and bit of a temper from her.  I will never forget one of the last things that my Grandpa said to me.  He was a practical joker with a twinkle in his eye, much like my own husband.  We were discussing differences in personality and he told me - "Net (his nickname for me), don't stomp.  Please."  As much as many others know me as being kind-natured and sweet, I have that determined streak which causes me to stomp around when I am irritated!  My entire family is made up of strong women who will jump in and do the work to get things done and I love that!  We just have to be careful when our partner is not yet on board with a project.  :)

One of the projects that Grandma wanted to accomplish today was to get a lot of her things cleared out of the house!  My aunt and uncle plus my cousin and her family are also with us for holidays at Grandma's house and today felt surreal in a way.  I do have a bachelor uncle who has always lived out in CA.  He comes for a visit each summer and Grandma was saying today that those annual summer picnics at her place with everyone together are some of her favorite memories of the house.  Today we were each packing up the many items that Grandma had laid out for us.  I was the recipient of Grandma's dishes.  These are her everyday Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne ceramic-ware.  Oh my goodness!  I remember when she began this extensive collection and I have long admired them.  I will put them in use here and will think daily of my Grandma.  My daughter brought home a box of dollies that I used to play with as a little girl.  Grandma handmade the majority of the dolls plus some dolly quilts, clothing and other accessories.  My son has some other little treasures and some items from the garage.  My husband is excited to be receiving Grandma's grill as we do not currently own a grill of our own!

Today was a very good day.  Bittersweet for sure.  There are so many moments to treasure.  Plus today caused me to reflect back on 34 years of memories from that house.  It is the people who make a place a home.  We look forward to making new memories at Grandma's apartment.  I am deeply thankful that she is able to make this change at just the right time when it is a very positive thing for her.  She is a woman of grace, beauty and faithfulness.  She has grit and a no-nonsense approach.  I love that Grandma is hard-worker and has taught each of us girls to be the same.  We are saying good-bye to many things while also opening our arms to welcome a whole new adventure!

Seasons + Choices + Flexibility!

Today we begin a new month - April!!  One of my favorite months!  Spring officially began nearly two weeks ago here in Erie, PA.  But yesterday it began snowing like crazy while I was down in the basement doing my morning workout.  Throughout the day we got over 5" of fresh snow on top of our recently revealed grass.  Oh well!  The sun came out in the afternoon and the kids were excited to be out in the rapidly melting snow!  Today is an exciting day here in Erie!  One of the best things about living here is Presque Isle.  We are just three miles from this peninsula and we are there 3-5 times per week during decent weather!  There have even been weeks of being there 6-7 times during the best of the season!  I am such an outdoors person and I love that my kids also really enjoy the beach.  Anyways, the beach is of course not open YET.  That will have to wait for Memorial Day Weekend!  But Sara's did open today and we had to head up there for some baby cones to celebrate this big occasion.  It was a L-O-N-G winter here.  Right up through yesterday!

This is my second year of homeschooling with my daughter who is in 2nd grade this year.  We have 44 days remaining of our required 180!  Our son has been doing kindergarten work here at home and I so enjoy seeing his viewpoint on life.  He and my daughter are SUCH opposites in many areas!  Listening to them work and play together can be the most amazing thing.  We are currently in flux with our plans for schooling for next year.  We may continue with homeschooling but are also exploring other options.  This is most definitely a matter of prayer!

Last week a friend had posted some photos and just happened to add a verse that I saw as I was scrolling facebook.  You can see my response above!  I know that the Lord is faithful and will guide us on this journey.  Right now, I do juggle quite a few things.  I realize that it would be crazy to try to do everything forever!  As a mom who works from home and also with schooling from home, I so appreciate the flexibility that we have in our lives.  Things do get a bit crazy at times.  Life with kids = never a dull moment!  But it is good and I am deeply thankful to be where we are today.  I am not sure what the next season will bring but each time I sing with the kids, "He's got the whole world in His hands", I am humbled and reminded of HIS great love and faithfulness.  We are trusting day by day!

PiYo Results, Insanity Max 30 Results, Clean Eating, Weight Loss, Lean

I am 10 DAYS from completing 8 weeks of the Fix Extreme and that means new progress photos are just around the corner! I am on a great path and can't wait to see the results!

So then what??  I am going to return to PiYo!!!!!! Check out the image above... umm, you can see why I love this program! My body and mind just click so well with the low impact but yet "not easy" approach of this pilates/yoga based program. I am such a fan of the way that PiYo feels. Nothing like it!

I came out of Insanity Max 30 and that was brutal and needed and so good to significantly up my cardio capacity and prove to myself what I could do! Right now, I am a smaller size than what I was in the post-PiYo photo from September. I am truly more advanced on my overall journey. I did have a tan there and my entire stance conveys how I felt about things at that moment in time. And my legs!?!? That photo captures the best that they have ever been!

I am so intrigued to see what this return to PiYo will bring with all that I have now experienced with Max 30 and Fix Extreme. Stay tuned! BETTER YET??? Do PiYo WITH ME!!! Icing on the cake?? PiYo is April's special!  If you are interested in learning more, just complete the application which is located at the bottom of the blog entry.

I work as a Team Beachbody coach and I have been at this for the past 13 months.  It is so neat to be able to help others and lead my team while I continue on my own fitness journey!  This has been an excellent solution for my family as I no longer have to spend 25+ hours working outside of the home. Yet I am still able to contribute steadily to the family budget without sacrificing my own flexibility in life.  If reading this sparks your interest, let's talk!  I would be glad to help you see if this could be a fit for you!
